Homeschool Mom's Coffee

C.H.E.C.C.- Christian Home Educators of Caldwell County meets the second Thursday of each month from 7:00-9:00 pm at The Homeschoolers Hangout.  Mom's Coffee is a support meeting for homeschooling Mom's/Grandmother's who homeschool their children.  Discussion topics vary and sometimes there are guest speakers, usually veteran homeschoolers.

Achievement Testing

The Homeschoolers Hangout in Lockhart, TX offers Achievement Testing for grades 2 through 12.  Your student can be tested in the basic skills with the nationally-recognized California Achievement Test (1970 edition).  This test will give you an accurate assessment of your children's abilities.

Testing is offered BY APPOINTMENT.  You must schedule at least 2 weeks out to allow time for your test to be ordered.

The cost of the test is $22 and the cost for The Homeschoolers Hangout to facilitate the test is only $10.  Test results along with your child's original test sheet are received back within 2-3 weeks.  We can mail them to you or you may pick them up when they come in.  To register for any of the above testing dates please email, call or visit the store.  We need your child's name and the grade they will be entering in the fall.  You can mail your payment to the store or pay via phone with a credit card.   Please let your homeschooling friends know about our service!
